TWENTY TWO March 24, Friday....I am liking Davao more and more. Last night we went to a restaurant called Jacks. It is located way above the city and at night provides a romantic setting for Dinner. Tomorrow we are heading for Samal island to look at the property we bought. I am excited about seeing the place as it is supposed to have beautiful blue waters, white sandy beaches and nice diving opportunities. March 25, Saturday.....Samal was great and the property we have will be a nice weekend getaway. Here is a photo from the property facing Davao.
We got back to Davao later in the day and went out to dinner and these are some photos taken Saturday night. BTW, the fish restaurants in this town are fantastic.
Monday March 27.....Left Davao on Air Philippines and arrived Manila 7:00pm. Went to Georgies House and stayed across the hallway in Pempi's condo. We are in Manila for the wedding of Gabby the daughter of Ruby and one of my favorite nieces. The wedding is on Friday the 31st. We ended up going to Tagatay on Thursday the day before the wedding. Tagatay is a beautiful place about one hour from Manila. It is a mountain area that offers clean air and beautiful vistas. I mentioned it earlier on in the website.
