THIRTY THREE June 12 - Today is Joes first official day at school from an academic standpoint. I have been taking him to school daily the past week by scooter for orientation and I am really enjoying it. We are all up at 6:00 am, have breakfast together and out the door by 7:30. Today will also mark my 4th day pf playing something akin to the game of golf and I HAVE NO PAIN. I feel great. anyone up for a jig. So I am thinking it was the coffee for the past 8 months casuign me such pain and discomfort. That is great and at the sametime really sucks!!! Well I am going to make certain that it is the coffee as it might just be the exercise I am now also getting which I wasn't before. So what I have decided is to drink a Caffe Latte later today and then see how I feel tomorrow morning. If I feel okay I will drink one tomorrow morning before golf and then one in the afternoon. I will then see how I feel late tommorow and into early Thursday. June 13 - I still feel okay. Had my morning Caffe Latte and then went to play golf. Played like absolute crap again. I am positive I will now be going to manila to get my fat shaft golf clubs back again. I don't think it was a particularly good idea to have the coffee before playing as I was sweating like crazy after the nine holes. Drank like a gallon of water followed by a coke. Early afternoon I went to Why Not to have another Latte and then about an hour later the bad news came my hands and legs were aching me. It wasn't pleasant. Here it is now 8:30 pm and I am still in discomfort and I had a massage from Belle just an hour ago. So I guess it is the coffee and I must face a reality and future without it. I am slowly being stripped of my simple pleasures in life Boo Hoo.
June 14 - I took this photo of Lynn the other day. The more I look at it the more it cracks me up. She looks like she is part of that Mud Tribe they discovered in Papua New Guinea a few years back. Sorry honey but, it was too good to hold back.
June 15 - Played better golf today and still no pain after two days without coffee. Feels great. Had luch with Barry and Kay and talked about the usual: Real Estate. Lynn and I are supposed to look at some more lots again tomorrow. Joe will be happy it's the weekend so he can play computer ganes. We will also go swimming tomorroe as well at Eldorado. June 16 - Got my haircut today.Went to a franchise hair cuttery place called David's Salon. Shampoo, cut, blowdry and upper body massage for $3.57. Here is my new look. Should I ask for my money back.
