FIFTY FIVE So now we are back in Dumaguete. It really is nice to be here again. Even though we are moving to Davao soon, Dum is still home to us. I have already played some golf and I played really good. I hope I can keep it up. Joe comes back from Davao next Saturday and we will drive to Cebu to pick him up. Poor kid didn't get to enjoy his holiday due to the chicken pox. New Years was quiet for us. first we went to Why Not to have dinner and enjoy the boulevard and then back to the house where we found ourselves in bed and sleeping by 10:00pm. We briefly awoke at midnight from the barrage of fireworks in the neighborhood otherwise it was uneventful. Thursday it's off to Cebu for my gum work and to pick up Joe. We probably won't travel much after this except for my one week trip to Siargao the 3rd week of January. Got to Cebu on the 3rd and settled into our usual quarters at the Cebu Waterfront Hotel. The next day I went in for my deep scaling and that went off without any problems. Saturday the 5th we picked up Joe who looked his usual happy self and without much evidence of having had the Chicken Pox. Sunday we left back to Dumaguete. January 7 - Monday. We went to see our new OBGYN Dr. Nailani Tan for an 4D ultrasound and here are the latest shots of Alex. We are officially a little over 8 months and delivery is expected anywhere from the first week of February up until the 20th max. In any event, the great news is all is going along perfectly so far. Alex is a little over 4 lbs. now and is expected to add perhaps another 1.5 - 2 lbs and be around 5.5 - 6 lbs at birth. I think she has a combination of our noses but Lynn's lips all of which is good news if it turns out to be true. This guessing game is silly but we are having fun with it. A healthly baby is the most important.
